Hi there! I'm Ellen Engilberts - a creative originally from Iceland, residing in Barcelona but looking to move. My journey has taken me through Denmark, Switzerland, the U.S., and Spain, each place adding a unique thread to my creative journey.

I'm on the point of completing my BA (Hons) in Fashion Marketing and Communication at IED Barcelona this June. Along the way, I discovered a deep passion for graphic design, photoshop and editing. Merging this with my background in marketing and communications, I craft compelling narratives that resonate and inspire.

My academic journey completes on a thesis exploring Africa's transformative role in the global fashion industry. Through case studies on Made For A Woman - a Madagascar-based luxury fashion project empowering local women artisans - followed by a blueprint for emerging entrepreneurs, and a deep dive into private equity and venture capital - finishing with a framework for African artisans looking to grow locally and globally. I delve into how African fashion is reshaping global narratives by embracing cultural authenticity and sustainable practices, as well as highlight opportunities for growth in the continent.

From branding and visual storytelling to design and strategy, I thrive on bringing ideas to life. I'm currently open to new opportunities where I can contribute my skills and continue to grow.
